Enrollment
If you are interested in enrollment in our school for the current school year, please email us at info@havenmontessori.org or call the office at 928.522.0985. We occasionally have openings, and do keep a waiting list for all age groups. Please share your child’s name, date of birth, best phone number and email where we can reach you, and any other pertinent information.
Preschool: As openings become available, we will call families from our waiting list and schedule tours and observations at that time.
Charter School (K-6): If we have openings in our Charter program, we will perform a lottery from those on our waiting list.
ENROLLMENT FOR THE 2012-13 SCHOOL YEAR
If you are interested in enrollment (all age levels) for the next school year, we will be holding an Open House on Wednesday, March 21st at 6pm. You MUST register to attend the Open House, by sending an email to info@havenmontessori.org. Attendance at the Open House is mandatory for all families interested in enrollment.
PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENT: We do expect to have a limited number of openings in our infant, toddler and primary classes for the 2012-13 School Year. Siblings of currently enrolled students are given priority. Other openings are filled based on an even division of the age groups and genders within the classrooms, when possible. If you are interested, please email info@havenmontessori.org to register for our Open House on March 21st. Attendance at the Open House is the mandatory first step in our Preschool enrollment process.
CHARTER SCHOOL (K-6th Grade) ENROLLMENT:
Intent to Enroll 2012-13 Please download this form and return it to our office if you are interested in enrolling in our Charter School for the 2012-13 School Year. It can be emailed to info@havenmontessori.org, faxed to 774-7412, or mailed to 621 W. Clay Ave., Flagstaff AZ 86001. Please read the below section for more information on how the enrollment process works.
The registration process for the charter school operates according to the contract between the state and the charter school, according to A.R.S. paragraph 15-184 (A). Students entering our Kindergarten class are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. A list of interested families is started on the first day of every school year. Enrollment preference is only given where the law allows (ie, siblings of currently enrolled Charter students). Enrollment in the private preschool does not give children preference for Kindergarten enrollment.
Parents of existing Charter Students have until March 1st, 2012 to re-enroll their children for the following school year. Parents interested in possible openings should also register for our Open House on March 21, 2012.
The Intent to Enroll form is available above. All families interested in Charter enrollment for the 2012-13 School Year should fill out a form and return it to the school. We also have forms available in our main office at 621 W. Clay Ave. If there are any openings in any grades after enrollment is complete, openings will be filled by lottery. The Intent to Enroll form and attendance at the Open House is what will place your child in the lottery.
Attendance at the Open House is a mandatory step in our Charter School enrollment process. Please email info@havenmontessori.org to register.
Tuition rates for the 2012-13 School Year have not been set, however we do expect them to be comparable to rates for this year (see below).
